Who We Are and What We Do
Compdata Surveys is a national compensation survey and consulting firm. We conduct an annual survey of 539 job titles sorted by industry, company size and geographic area of the state. Our goal is simple. We wish to continue to expand the largest and most comprehensive database of current pay and benefits information and make it available at a reasonable price.

How We Do It
We have been conducting compensation surveys since 1988. Today, we survey organizations across 39 states and are sponsored by 26 State Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations. Annually, we collect information from thousands of employers from coast to coast and publish state-specific reports from the data collected. In 2006, we gathered compensation information from over 5,300 organizations on more than 6.3 million employees across the country, making our database the largest in the nation on current pay and benefits information.
